iNet Home Theaters, LLC
is an approved reseller of the products which are offered on
this website. Various manufacturers’ components and products
are offered for sale as part of a System Kit, and selected products
are offered for sale individually in the Individual Components
section.
iNet Home Theaters, LLC
does not install the systems, or connect the wiring or cabling
of the components to one another, but does offer wiring diagrams
for most systems. Often times, wiring configurations may vary
depending upon whether additional products, outside of the
components purchased within your selected kit from iNet, are
added to the system.

2. Manufacturers’ Websites:
Questions regarding products can be addressed directly to
the manufacturer by going to its corresponding website. The
manufacturer provides a warranty for a stated period of time
after the date of purchase. The manufacturer offers technical
support, repair, replacement and maintenance information for
various issues during the warranty period. On each manufacturer’s
website there is a complete source of information, specifications,
data, images and more.

3. RepairMaster Extended Warranty
Program: An extended warranty program for an additional
three (3) or five (5) years can be purchased for your home
theater system through iNet Home Theaters LLC.
This is an extended warranty on labor and materials past the
initial manufacturer’s warranty. This extended warranty covers
repair or replacement, if necessary, of the purchased products.
Again, this extended warranty program is optional and is available
for purchase through iNet Home Theaters LLC.
If purchased, your registration will be processed by
iNet Home Theaters LLC through the RepairMaster
registration company, Gotham Sales. Gotham Sales will forward
to you the registration documentation for the RepairMaster
extended warranty program. A “membership number” will be provided
to you in order for you to view your plan and other information.

5. Return / Refund Policy:
- Return Policy:
The customer must contact iNet Home Theaters,
LLC at its corporate office (See CONTACT
US Form for contact information) before returning any
product. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number is
required for the product to be returned and must be clearly
marked on the return package and included in its carton,
and should be written legibly on the outside of the carton.
The customer must return the product in the original or
the equivalent packaging. The customer is responsible for
the risk of loss and damage and the shipment fees for return
of the product. The same product that the customer ordered,
or an equivalent product, will be sent to the customer with
shipping paid by iNet Home Theaters, LLC
or by the shipping/freight company.
- Refund Policy:
In the event that the customer prefers a refund of the purchase
price for the selected product(s), the customer must first
obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number from
iNet Home Theaters, LLC before
returning the selected product(s) (See CONTACT
US Form for contact information). The customer must
return the product in the original or the equivalent packaging.
The customer is responsible for the risk of loss and damage
and the shipment fees for return of the product. A credit
will be issued to the customer’s credit card that was used
for the original purchase. iNet Home Theaters,
LLC credit will occur within 48 hours of the
return of the product(s) to the distribution facility.
