United States Sales
iNet Home Theaters, LLC ships to residential
and business locations in the 48 contiguous states (excluding
Alaska and Hawaii) of the United States. Special quotes can
be made for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii upon request. Please
send an email through the CONTACT US
Form with a list of the products. And we will determine
the exact shipping costs along with the published product
costs.
Shipping Charges, Title, Risk of
Loss
Shipping and handling charges are included for all system
kits. An average of Ten Percent (10%) shipping charge is applicable.
The title to the product(s) passes to the customer upon shipment
from the distribution facility of iNet Home Theaters, LLC,
which is located at 47247 Cartier Drive, Wixom, MI 48393.
Shipment will take place within seven (7)
to ten (10) business days of the time of placement of the
order and confirmation of the credit card transaction. Delivery
time will vary depending upon the proximity of the delivery
address to Wixom, Michigan. Upon delivery to the customer,
iNet HomeTheaters, LLC will require the customer’s
signature on the delivery receipt, called the “Bill of Lading”.
The shipment may be extended for a reasonable period of time
due to conditions beyond the control of iNet Home
Theaters, LLC, such as strikes, severe weather, Acts
of God and so on.

Loss or damage that may occur during a shipment is the sole
responsibility of the customer. Claims can be processed with
the shipper/freight company for an adjustment or replacement.
Notification of Damage/ Return/Refund
The customer must notify iNet Home Theaters, LLC
within seven (7) business days of the date of the customer’s
receipt of the products and provide his/her invoice or acknowledgement
if there is a product or any part of the purchase that is
missing, incorrect or damaged and prefer a Replacement, Return
or a Refund. The customer will have seven (7) business days
thereafter to return the product to iNet Home Theaters,
LLC. at its distribution facility, above. In the
case of a replacement, iNet Home Theaters, LLC
will replace the products with the same or a similar product
within ten (10) business days. In the event of a refund, iNet
Home Theaters, LLC will issue a credit to the customer
within ten (10) days of the receipt of the product(s) by iNet
Home Theaters, LLC.
Taxes
Any state and/or local sales tax are/is the sole responsibility
of the customer.
Michigan sales tax will be collected with each order.
Return Policy
The customer must contact iNet Home Theaters, LLC
at its corporate office (See CONTACT
US Form for contact information) before returning any
product. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number is required
for the product to be returned and must be clearly marked
on the return package and included in its carton and should
be written legibly on the outside of the carton. The customer
must return the product in the original or the equivalent
packaging. The customer is responsible for the risk of loss
and damage and the shipment fees for return of the product.
The same product that the customer ordered, or an equivalent
product, will be sent to the customer with shipping paid by
iNet Home Theaters, LLC or by the shipping/freight
company.
Refund Policy
In the event that the customer prefers a refund of the purchase
price for the product(s), the customer must first obtain a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number from iNet
Home Theaters, LLC before returning the product(s).

information.) The customer must return the product in the
original or the equivalent packaging. The customer is responsible
for the risk of loss and damage and the shipment fees for
return of the product. A credit will be issued to the customer’s
credit card, which was used for the original purchase. iNet
Home Theaters, LLC credit will occur within 48 hours
of the return of the product(s) to the distribution facility.
Extended Warranty
An Extended Warranty Program is available through iNet
Home Theaters, LLC. Warrantech offers an extended
warranty program that covers repairs to consumer products,
such as home theater systems and electronics offered herein.

Product Availability
iNet Home Theaters, LLC reserves the right
to make any changes in order to ensure that products are available.
However, a manufacturer may make certain changes and/or modifications
to its specifications. Due to the manufacturer’s model changes,
iNet Home Theaters, LLC may change or substitute
products with an equivalent or similar manufacturer’s brand
and model, in which case the specifications will be the same
or similar to the advertised and purchased product.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important. iNet
Home Theaters, LLC maintains your personal information
solely to provide services to you in processing your order
and to advise you of new products, promotions, services and
information relating to updates on electronics.
We do not sell, send or transfer your confidential
information to any outside or non-related parties.
As required by Federal Law, you must consent to any sharing
of your personal information with anyone else.
